Every week, we cook up a seasonal menu of nutrient dense meals in our USDA inspected commercial kitchen facility. Working from a rich variety of lovingly crafted recipes, our meals are made from scratch, vacuum-sealed in BPA-free packaging and delivered fresh to you for convenient storage in your refrigerator or freezer with simple instructions for reheating. When you simply don’t have the time or desire to cook, these meals make it easy and delicious to fuel your body with the best food available.
Optimal Eats Prepared Meals are balanced with just the right amount of healthy fats and protein (from grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish, olive and coconut oil, grass-fed ghee, and more) and vegetable sources of carbohydrates (from organic vegetables like broccoli, spinach, sweet potatoes, and more).
